    We offer affordable virtual personal training with heart. Whether your goal is to maintain stamina as you age, build your strength, or learn the skills for headstand (like the client below), we’ve got you.

    Andrea has over a decade of experience in the business and has worked with clients of all ages - from early 20’s to 70’s. Your wins are our wins! We love to help you surprise yourself!

  • Private Yoga

    Brand new to yoga and not comfortable with a studio (yet)? Or looking to deepen your practice.

    Whether this is the first time you’re diving into yoga practice or the hundredth, we’ll work together to help you find the heart of the practice. Expect a dive into all 8 limbs. For asana practice, we’ll figure out whether a mat or chair based practice is best.

  • Workplace Wellness

    We’ve worked with small businesses, corporations, and municipalities to bring yoga (mat and chair) and fitness to their employees. Whether you want weekly or monthly virtual options for your remote team or want to create something special for a team retreat or offsite, we’d love to help your employees feel less stressed, more at peace and more productive.

Pricing

Personal Training, Private Yoga and Buddy Sessions

Pricing depends on the frequency and duration of live, virtual sessions and any written workouts.

The more your train, the lower the per session rate. Buddy sessions are a discounted rate per person. We believe in financial accessibility.

Workplace Wellness

— $125/hour

If you’d like to offer a specially curated series for an offsite retreat, pricing will be dependent on the scope of the offerings.

“I am a senior citizen with multiple health issues that has placed some limitations on how strenuous my exercise program could be.  When I was introduced to Andrea and her exercise program I was immediately impressed.  She has a very positive work attitude and a strong work ethic.  On our very first meeting she assessed my level of flexibility and strength so that she was able to determine the areas I was in need of help with.  Andrea has instructed me in proper breathing techniques, how to do safe lunges and planks among other exercises.  What I appreciated most was that she took the time to ensure I was performing each exercise correctly and explained the purpose and was patient in doing so.  My strength, stability and circulation improved significantly to the point where I was able to join a gym to continue performing exercises independently.
