Mindfulness Series: A Month of Mind + Heart Practices

54 Minute Chair Yoga

You will need:

  • water

  • 1-2 chairs (or 1 chair + a couch or bed)

  • 2-3 blankets

  • 2 pillows (bed or couch)

24 Minute Strength/Cardio Workout

You will need:

  • water

  • a hand towel (or sliders)

  • a surface you feel comfortable being up and down on (could be a mat, your floor, or the grass!)
